Zhengzhou Promotes the Economical and Intensive Utilization of Water Resources|郑州推进水资源节约集约利用

 　　Zhengzhou fully implements the new concept of development and insists in giving priority to water saving, having improved the level of the economical and intensive utilization of water resources effectively and passed the review and acceptance check for national water-saving cities four times.

　　郑州市全面贯彻新发展理念，坚持节水优先，有效提升水资源节约集约利用水平，四次通过国家节水型城市复查验收。

　　In line with the requirements of using Yellow River water resources as its capacity permits, with expanding extraneous water, making good use of recycled water and controlling the exploitation of underground water as keys, Zhengzhou optimizes the allocation of Yellow River water, makes full use of the water from South-to-North Water Diversion Project and makes good use of recycled water, to focus on improving the carrying capacity of water resources.

　　按照以水而定、量水而行的要求，郑州市以扩大外来水、用好再生水、控采地下水为重点，优化配置黄河水、用足南水北调水、用好再生水，着力提升水资源承载能力。

　　In the coming future, Zhengzhou will continue promoting the construction of sponge city demonstration area and strengthen the construction of urban pipe networks, to further improve the coverage of pipe networks and decrease its leakage rate.

　　下一步，郑州将持续推进海绵城市示范区建设，加强城市管网建设，进一步提升管网覆盖范围、降低管网漏损率。
