Zhengzhou air transportation accelerates the development of a “dual circulation”

In the early morning of January 10, 2023, a truck of Suzhou-Zhengzhou special line slowly entered Zhengzhou Airport. The batch of cargo, which was first received and shipped after the opening of Suzhou freight depot of Zhengzhou Airport on January 9, was directly distributed and installed in the north cargo area of Zhengzhou Airport, bound for destinations such as Hong Kong, China and Budapest, Hungary.

On January 9th, a new city airport terminal in Suzhou that support for Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport begin operation in Jiangsu (Suzhou) International Railway Logistics Center. This is another major move after three successful pilot projects in Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport overseas cargo terminal, air-to-air transit and electronic cargo.

It is reported that The first truck loads mainly medical, e-commerce, electronics and other products. It arrived at the north cargo area of Zhengzhou Airport in the early morning of January 10.

The cargo department of Zhengzhou Airport opened a special channel and completed the cargo loading work of Zhengzhou to Hong Kong in just over an hour. The cargo left Zhengzhou Airport for Hong Kong at 7 am that day and arrived at its destination within two hours. On the evening of January 10, the supplies will be taken by Zhengzhou all-cargo plane to Budapest, where they will arrive at the Budapest International Cargo Station at Zhengzhou Airport. The total land and air transportation will take no more than 48 hours.

The first batch of cargo from Zhengzhou Airport's Suzhou Cargo Terminal leaves the country as scheduled, which marks the continuous innovation of the development mode and integration of resource elements of Henan Airport Group.
