Zhengzhou Energy 丨用家乡味道支援“疫”线，河南6名厨师出征武汉

On February 26, 6 chefs and 50 catering enterprises from Henan Province donated nearly RMB 400,000 yuan goods and materials to Wuhan, to send the taste of hometown for 300 Henan medical staffs fighting in the Qingshan District of Wuhan.

2月26日，来自河南餐企的6名厨师和50家餐饮企业捐赠的近40万物资紧急奔赴武汉，为武汉市青山区300位奋战在“疫”线的河南医务人员送去家乡的味道。

The six chefs will spend about 20 days in Wuhan making special Henan dishes such as Yellow River carp, stewed noodles, hu hot soup and fried buns.

这6名厨师将在武汉工作20天左右，亲自制作黄河鲤鱼、烩面、胡辣汤、水煎包等河南特色美食。

On January 26, the first batch of medical stuffs in Henan Province set out from zhengzhou to help wuhan,and more and more medical stuffs do the same thing.

1月26日，河南首批医务人员从郑州出发，驰援武汉，紧随其后，越来越多的河南医务工作者成为“最美的逆行者”。

"There are two professions in the world that wear white uniforms, doctors and cooks." said Zhu Gaopeng, chef of the A WuYellow River Carp, one of the chefs who went to Wuhan,"The doctors are fighting at the front, and we cooks should insist them in our way "

作为出征武汉的厨师之一，阿五黄河大鲤鱼厨师长朱高鹏说，世上有两种职业穿白色制服，医生和厨师，医生在前线战斗，我们厨师必须要给予他们后方的保障。

It only took two days from the invitation to departure. Although the task is difficult, but all the people act quickly, showing the responsibility and responsibility of Henan catering people, which embodies that they use the firm and strong action to help Wuhan,and the hot meals are their tribute.

此次活动从接到邀请到出发，仅用了2天时间。任务虽然艰巨，但大家行动迅速，展现了河南餐饮人的担当与责任。 更体现了河南餐饮人用坚定有力的行动为武汉加油，用热腾腾的饭菜向奋战在抗疫一线的医务工作者致敬。
