Zhengzhou International 丨境外人员入郑3月9日起实行“双报告”制度

In order to put into practice the Notification of Office of Zhengzhou Leading Group of COVID-19 Prevention and Control(No. 21), arrivals from other countries and transferring via Zhengzhou should obey the dual-reporting rules since March 9.if any unit or individual has such behaviors as late reporting, omission reporting, concealment reporting and failure to report, the related unit or individual shall be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with law， according to the Office of Zhengzhou Leading Group of COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

3月9日，记者从郑州市疫情防控领导小组办公室了解到，为严格落实《郑州市新冠肺炎疫情防控领导小组办公室第二十一号通告》要求，境外人员入郑自3月9日起实行“双报告”制度，如单位或个人存在迟报、漏报、瞒报、不报等行为，将依法依规追究相应责任。

To ensure the health and safety of arrivals and their family members，prevent foreign importation of COVID-19 strictly，when the citizens report to the community actively ,they should also Know the status of their relatives and friends that arrivals from other countries to Zhengzhou. if it is sure that the arrivals having physical discomfort, citizens should advise them to seek for immediate medical treatment in order to avoid delay or hindrance during the trip or cause unnecessary trouble to the passengers around on the way and relatives, friends and colleagues at destination.

郑州市疫情防控领导小组办公室相关负责人表示，为确保境外入郑人员及其家庭成员的健康安全，严防疫情外来输入，此间，市民了解到境外亲朋好友因公、因私需入境返郑的，在向社区主动报告的同时，一定要先了解他们的健康状况。如果了解到有身体不适者，市民应劝导他们及时就地就医，以免行程中贻误病情，或是途中给身边乘客以及到达目的地后给亲朋好友和同事增加不必要的麻烦。
