Qiao Wuying, deputy secretary and director of the General Party Branch of Zhengzhou Emergency Medical Rescue Center, Zhao Qingxia, director and chief physician of AIDS Prevention Department in Zhengzhou Sixth People's Hospital,Fu Guirong, secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group of Zhengzhou Health Commission, Fan Shufeng, policeman of security team, Dongfeng Road Branch of Zhengzhou Public Security Bureau. Among them, Fan Shufeng was also rated as an outstanding Communist Party member

他们分别是郑州市紧急医疗救援中心党总支副书记、主任乔伍营，郑州市第六人民医院艾滋病大科兼感染一科主任、主任医师赵清霞，郑州市卫生健康委员会党组书记、主任付桂荣，郑州市公安局东风路分局治安大队民警樊树锋。其中，樊树锋还被评为优秀共产党员。
