Henan Art Center, located in the core area of CBD, Zhengdong New District, is a great work of Carlos Ott, a renowned Canadian design master, who was inspired by the shape of pottery xun (a music instrument), stone panpipe and Jiahu Bone Flute which were excavated at Henan Province. The inspiration of art wall comes from the rolling spindrift of the Yellow River. Henan Art Center is a perfect mix of ancient Central Plains Culture and modern architectural art, through which, we can feel the harmonious cohesion of ancient wisdom and modern fashion, and the future generations will perceive the characteristics of this age.

位于郑东新区CBD核心区的河南艺术中心，由加拿大国际著名设计大师卡洛斯 •奥特设计。灵感来源于河南出土文物乐器陶埙、石排箫和贾湖骨笛的造型，艺术墙的设计源自黄河波涛翻卷的浪花造型。艺术中心堪称古代中原文化与现代建筑艺术的完美结合。在这里不仅让现代人能感受到古代文化和现代节奏交融的气息，还可以满足未来的人们在此通过该建筑感悟这个时代的特色。
