The Peiligang people drank wine 8000 years ago
Recently, the reporter came to Peiligang Site in Xinzheng of Zhengzhou. Excavation units ,sections and loess, the site is quiet and simple.
近日,记者来到郑州新郑的裴李岗遗址发掘现场。眼前是一座又一座探方,一个又一个剖面,一层又一层黄土,寂静而朴素。
Li Yongqiang, an assistant researcher at the Institute of Archaeology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the leader of the Peiligang Site excavation project, has been stationed in Peiligang Village for five years.
李永强是中国社会科学院考古研究所助理研究员、裴李岗遗址发掘项目执行领队,已在裴李岗村“驻扎”5年。
"Brewing wine" and "twine rope" techniques revealed at the 2021 Henan Archaeological Work Achievement Exchange Meeting, were the research results that hasattracted the public in Peiligang Site.
裴李岗遗址最近被大众关注到的研究成果,是2021年度河南考古工作成果交流会上披露的“酿酒”和“麻绳”技艺。

"More than 8,000 years ago, Peiligang people in Xinzheng have learned to use monascus fermentation to make wine, which is the earliest monascus brewing technology found in China." Li Yongqiang said , Peiligang people used monascus as fermentation agent,with raw materials including rice, gorgon fruits and triticeae crops to make wine,which is the earliest known example of this method being used .
with seeds of euryales and wheat as raw materials, is the earliest known example of this method.
“8000多年前,新郑裴李岗人已经学会使用红曲霉发酵酿酒,是我国目前发现最早的红曲霉酿酒技术。”李永强说,裴李岗人使用红曲霉制曲作为发酵剂,主要利用稻米,加以芡实和小麦族种子为原料的酿酒方法,是目前所知最早使用这一方法的例证。

In addition, the turquoise stone pendant was unearthed under the neck of the human bone. The small hole in the upper part of the stone pendant was less than 1 mm in diameter, which not only showed the superb drilling technology at that time, but also reflected the yearning and pursuit of beauty of our ancestors 8000 years ago.
另外,松绿石坠,出土的位置在人骨的颈下,石坠上部的小孔直径不足1毫米,不仅说明当时的钻孔技术的高超,也折射出8000年前先民对美的向往与追求。
