Zhengzhou Speed 丨第10万辆整车下线 上汽郑州再创“郑州速度”
When the brand new MG brand ZS slowly drove off the production line one after another yesterday, Zhengzhou Base of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited (SAIC Motor) set its new milestone- the total production of vehicles exceeded 100,000. It is less than 10 months before official production begins, the 100,000th finished automobile is off the line. Zhengzhou base broke the record of "Zhengzhou speed" again and again, and set the new SAIC Motor record again and again.
昨日，当一台台崭新的MG名爵ZS缓缓驶下生产线，上汽乘用车郑州基地也迎来了一个新的里程碑——总产量突破10万辆。这意味着距离正式投产仅不足10个月，郑州基地便实现了第10万辆整车下线，郑州基地一次次突破“郑州速度”，一次次创造上汽纪录。
After the Zhengzhou Base of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited successfully signed the contract of plant construction in Zhengzhou, it created "Zhengzhou speed" by its establishment and operation in the same year of 2017. After Lingang of Shanghai, Nanjing of Jiangsu, the Zhengzhou Base is another main production base. According to the plan, the target capacity of Zhengzhou base is 300,000 per year.
2017年，上汽乘用车郑州基地实现了当年签约、当年建成、当年投产，创造了“郑州速度”。郑州基地是上汽乘用车继上海临港、江苏南京后的又一大生产基地，根据规划，郑州基地目标产能为每年30万台。
Behind the top speed, is Saic's perfect industrial layout. According to the established target, the Zhengzhou Base of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited is the "most intelligent factory in China". As it only takes 4 minutes for automatic mode changing in the stamping workshop; the welding workshop has as many as 536 robots and the automation rate is as high as 99.8%, the painting workshop realizes 100% automatic production.
极速背后，也意味着上汽在郑州完善的产业布局。按照既定目标，上汽郑州生产基地建成即是“中国智能化程度最高”的工厂：冲压车间自动换模只需要短短4分钟;焊装车间拥有多达536台机器人，且自动化率高达99.8%;涂装车间实现100%全自动化生产。

It said that at the end of this year, the first phase production will exceed 200,000 vehicles. With accelerated construction of the project in the second phase, Roewe, Morris Garages and a number of independent brand products as well as new-energy vehicles were anticipated to be put into production. By then, the Zhengzhou base will have an annual capacity of 600,000 cars, which accounts for nearly half of the production among three major bases of independent brands of SAIC Motor.
据介绍，今年底，上汽乘用车郑州生产基地一期项目产量将突破20万辆。而随着该项目二期的加快建设，预计2020年正式投产荣威、名爵等多款自主品牌系列产品及新能源汽车，届时上汽乘用车郑州基地年产能将达到60万辆，占上汽集团自主品牌三大基地的“半壁江山”。
