Tips 1. when work in home, one should also keep the normal pace of work, such as communicating with the boss and colleagues frequently, or preparing for work actively , etc.

Tip 2. We could adjust our pace of life by exercising, reading, cooking and so on. Create separate office hours and spaces instead of in bed or taking up time with children and family, and dress neatly instead of wearing pajamas when going downstairs to do nucleic acid, etc.

Tip 3. Believe in the government and believe that we can return to normal as soon as possible. As we eventually return to the workplace, “recharge the batteries” and do some work planning and summarizing beforehand.

Tip 4. When we stay in a fixed space for too long and use our brain too much at the same time, it is easy to cause mental fatigue and psychological irritability. Sitting in front of a computer or at a desk for long periods of time can also cause neck and shoulder stiffness. Therefore, it is recommended that we exercise properly.
