International Zhengzhou携手汉语，筑梦未来--汉语桥晋级选手决赛郑州

 

　　On October 10, the press conference of the semi-finals and finals of the 12th Chinese Bridge-Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign Secondary School Students was held in the Information Office of Henan Provincial People's Government. The semi-finals and finals of the 12th Chinese Bridge-Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign Secondary School Students are organized by Confucius Institute Headquarters and Henan Provincial People’s Government.

　　10月10日，第十二届“汉语桥”世界中学生中文比赛复赛决赛新闻发布会在河南省人民政府新闻办公室举行。第十二届“汉语桥”世界中学生中文比赛复赛决赛由孔子学院总部、河南省人民政府主办。

　　

 

　　Zhao Guocheng, Deputy Director-General of the Confucius Institute Headquarters, Yin Hongbin, Deputy Secretary-General of Henan Provincial People's Government, Diao Yuhua, Deputy Director of the Education Department of Henan Province, and Sun Xiaohong, Deputy Mayor of Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government attended the press conference. Diao Yuhua and Sun Xiaohong introduced the achievements of Henan Province in international promotion of Chinese and the highlights of this year's competition.

　　孔子学院总部副总干事赵国成、河南省人民政府副秘书长尹洪斌、省教育厅副厅长刁玉华、郑州市人民政府副市长孙晓红等相关领导出席新闻发布会。刁玉华、孙晓红分别介绍河南省汉语国际推广取得的成绩以及本届赛事活动的亮点。

　　

 

　　With the theme of "Learning Chinese, Creating Brighter Future", the competition aims to provide a platform for young students from different countries to show their Chinese language proficiency and communicate with each other, so as to stimulate their enthusiasm in learning Chinese, enhance their understanding of Chinese culture and promote friendship among students from different countries.

　　第十二届“汉语桥”世界中学生中文比赛以“携手汉语，筑梦未来”为主题，旨在为各国学习汉语的青少年学生提供一个展示汉语能力、互相学习交流的平台，以激励大家学汉语的热情，增进其对中华文化的理解，促进各国学子之间的友谊。

　　

 

　　According to the report, the qualifying rounds of the 12th Chinese Bridge-Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign Secondary School Students were held in 121 regions around the world from March to September this year. Participants are all middle school students aged 15 to 20 who are not of Chinese nationality and whose mother tongue is not Chinese. Among them, more than 120 qualified players will gather in Beijing and Henan from October 18 to November 2, 2019, to participate in the semi-finals and finals.

　据介绍，2019年3月至9月，第十二届“汉语桥”世界中学生中文比赛预选赛在全球121个赛区相继举行，参加比赛的选手都是15至20岁、非中国国籍、母语非汉语的中学生。其中，有超过120名通过海外预选赛晋级的选手将于2019年10月18日至11月2日汇聚在北京、河南参加此次比赛的复赛、决赛。
