The organizing committee of the Ancestor Worship Ceremony in Home Village of Huang-di held a press conference On the morning of March 10th. It is said that Ancestor Worship Ceremony in the Year of Gengzi will be held on March 26 (the third day of the third lunar month) in the Huangdi Hometown Scenic Area in Xinzheng in a contracted and solemn way.

3月10日上午，庚子年黄帝故里拜祖大典组委会举行新闻发布会，宣布今年的拜祖大典将调整拜祖方式，于农历三月初三(3月26日)在郑州市新郑黄帝故里景区简约庄严举办。

 

 

By then, the live broadcast will be shown on International's Chinese Channel of CCTV,Phoenix Satellite Television,Henan Satellite Television,Zhengzhou Television Station etc. An on-line ancestor-worshiping platform is released soon to support the activity themed by “Chinese people around the world are all fighting the COVID-19, wish Emperor Hungdi bless us,help us go through the difficulty”.

届时通过中央广播电视总台《中文国际频道》、凤凰卫视、河南卫视、郑州电视台等进行连线直播，全新推出网上拜祖平台，支持海内外中华儿女以“全球华人共战疫，轩辕黄帝佑中华”为主题的网上拜祖活动。

 

  

 

It is reported that the 9 parts of the ceremony are as same as that of previous years,the ceremony : firing gun salutes, offering flower baskets, washing hands and burning joss sticks, giving a salute, reading worship articles, singing odes,unity is strength , blessing for China and blessing for harmony between nature and mankind.

拜祖大典现场会继续保留大典的九项仪程，分别为：盛世礼炮、敬献花篮、净手上香、行施拜礼、恭读拜文、高唱颂歌、众志成城、祈福中华、天地人和。

 

The large-scale performance and participation as well as the ceremony watching on the outside and inner square will be canceled,and therefore, the 9 parts of the ceremony will be finished in a new type of on-line way by the host and specialists ,except for only one or two specific parts will be done by a few related staffs on the scene.

大典取消外广场大规模群众表演参与，取消内广场观礼人员。因此，九项仪程主要通过现场直播连线、主持人和专家解读、网上拜祖等方式完成，个别仪程，由黄帝故里少量工作人员完成。
