Vouchers 丨全国50城发消费券：郑州成“黑马” 杭州最能花

Nearly 50 cities in 16 provinces and municipalities had introduced vouchers ranging from millions to hundreds of millions yuan by April 8.

截至4月8日，已有16个省市区近50个城市推出消费券政策，金额从数百万元到上亿元不等。

The pulling effect of consumption Vouchers has emerged according to the current situation in these cities. Hangzhou is the city with the strongest pulling power. According to the statistics from Hangzhou Commerce Bureau. In the 56 hours after the issuance of consumption vouchers, it pulled 453 million yuan of consumption, while at the same time, it repaid 28.93 million yuan of government subsidies, and the pulling effect reached 15 times of the Vouchers sum.

从城市来看，消费券的拉动效应已经显现。杭州是拉动能力最强的城市，据杭州市商务局统计，在发放消费券后的56小时，拉动消费4.53亿元，同时段兑付政府补贴2893万元，拉动效应达到了15倍。

Compared with Hangzhou，altough Zhengzhou issued Vouchers little late but it  became a "dark horse" in this wave of consumption pulling wave.

与杭州比较，郑州虽然消费券发放时间较晚，但后来居上，成为这波消费券发放热潮中的一匹“黑马”。
