　　No.8 Hanghai Road Shopping Area/ 航海路商圈

　　As city proper expands, we see Hanghai Road shopping area rise in Southeast Zhengzhou. As the corridor between downtown Zhengzhou and the new development zone, Hanghai Road enjoys large traffic. There are several plazas in this district, such as One-stop Plaza, Dennis Hanghai Mall, Yinxing Youke Plaza. The other day, the first Wanke Plaza in Zhengzhou opened, further improving the level of this area.

　　随着郑州城市框架的不断拉大，位于东南区域的航海路商圈也渐渐崛起。航海路作为连接老城区与新开发区的重要交通枢纽，从不乏客流量。航海路商圈包括一站广场、丹尼斯航海店、银兴悠客广场等成熟的生活广场，近日郑州首个“万科广场”项目也开业了，为该商圈品质升级再添新力量。

　　A city’s strategic direction gives rise to the next shopping area. Recent years, as China continues to promote the rise of the central region, Zhengzhou is expanding eastwards and northwards. The North Ring shopping area develops along the North Third Ring Road and comprises of Hanhai Beijin Mall and Huiji Wanda Plaza. Both are neighborhood shopping centers serving North Zhengzhou residents. It is understood that ongoing real estate projects in North Zhengzhou such as Jianye Huayuanli, Meijing Linqi City and Jinyi Jinshuiwan will all be equipped with shopping facilities. Five years from now, shopping centers in North Zhengzhou are expected to exceed 2 million square meters.
