Runing south and north, Shuncheng Street is located in the west of Zhengzhou old town.

顺城街，位于郑州老城区西边，南北走向。

When Feng Yuxiang was stationed in Zhengzhou in 1927, he ordered the removal of the western wall and the filling of the western moat into streets.

1927年冯玉祥驻郑州时，下令扒掉西城墙，将西城壕填平后，修成街道。

South Shuncheng Street and North Shuncheng Street are seprately on the south and north side outside the West Gate.

这条街在西门外南侧的一段叫南顺城街，西门外北侧的一段叫北顺城街，因两街分别位于老城西门外南北两侧，顺城而走，因而得名。

With the development of the railway station and commercial area, Shuncheng Street became a commercial street and later became Zhengzhou's most famous food street of the Hui nationality.

随着火车站和商埠区发展，顺城街成为了一条商业街，后来，这条街道成为了郑州最有名的清真回族美食街。

In 2013, the government support the build of characteristics community, then shops along Shuncheng Street added some antique plaques and eaves,which made the street became lingering charming.

2013年，政府打造特色街区，顺城街沿路店铺加了一些仿古的牌匾及房檐，不得不说，这条街变得更加的有韵味。

Standing here, it seems that you could touch the history of a hundred years ago and feel the different charm of Zhengzhou.

站在这儿，仿佛可以触摸到百年前的历史，感受郑州不一样的魅力。

Step into the street and you'll find life in old Shuncheng is more rewarding. There is breakfast restaurants that have been open for more than 20 years, mutton soup that has grown up with three generations of people, and beef patties lead a person to endless aftertastes.

步入这条街，你会发现老顺城的生活更值得回味：这里有开了二十多年的早餐店，有陪伴三代人长大的羊汤，还有回味无穷的牛肉馅饼。

Passing by an old courtyard, pick in the wall gap to look inside, as if you can see a silent movie, the childhood of their own, running in the courtyard.

路过一处老院子，扒在墙上缝隙中往里看，仿佛能看到一部默片电影，幼年的自己，在庭院里奔跑。

The beauty of the Shuncheng Street is far more than these scenes, let’s walk together.

顺城街的美，远不止这些景，不信走走看。

Time seems to play little role here, and the people of Old Shuncheng keep their own pace and enjoy life in their own way. Even after years of grinding, the street is still trying to restore the most authentic street life.
