Fu Tower, 388 meters tall, has consumed a total of 22,000 tons of steel, including the heaviest components of 40.2 tons. To prevent corrosion of the steel structure, it applies the hot-dip galvanized coating with fluorocarbon paint technology.

中原福塔，塔高388米，共耗用钢材2.2万吨，最重构件40.2吨，钢结构防腐处理采用热镀锌上涂氟碳漆技术。

The steel components are connected with high-strength bolts, and the installation accuracy rate of nearly 850,000 bolts reaches 99.98%. The high-strength bolt connection substituting high altitude welding is a breakthrough in the history of tower construction, which further highlights its significance in addition to the perfection as an artistic modern architecture.

钢构件连接采用高强螺栓连接方式，高强螺栓用量近85万颗，安装准确率达99.98%。它是现代建筑与艺术的完美结合，其高强螺栓连接代替高空焊接技术在建塔史上是一次突破。

The tower seat resembles ding, implying that it will stand firm in the Central Plains. The tower body is shaped like a set of cymbals, an ancient musical instrument combination, indicating its function of communication. Viewed from above, it looks like a five-petal plum blossom; plum blossom is the provincial flower of Henan, and since the five petals of plum blossom are taken for five blessings, it symbolizes that five blessings are here for the Central Plains. Seen from the ground, the tower looks like a solidified firework standing up, circled with upward rotating lines.

塔座形状酷似鼎，寓意为鼎立中原;塔身形如古代的乐器组合“编铙齐鸣”，寓意着其具有通讯传播功能;从上空俯瞰电视塔像一朵五瓣梅花，腊梅是河南的省花，寓意为梅开五福，花开中原;从地面仰视，此塔像一尊竖立旋转向上、自然腾跃、飘逸飞舞的凝固礼花。
