Zhang Gaiping is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. When returned from the United Kingdom after graduation in 1994, he started to work in Henan Academy of agricultural science. In 2013, he was the new president of Henan Agricultural University. In the past 20 years or so, born in Henan, studied in Henan ,and achieve great things in Henan, the original heart of this local academician has not changed ever.
