The newly recognized municipal,provincial and national incubators will be given a one-time reward of 500,000 yuan,2 million yuan and 3 million yuan respectively.For the incubation carrier with the establishment of investment and financing fund,the maximum reward reaches 3 million yuan.

For technology-based enterprises on the start-up stage,the economic contribution they made to Zhengdong New Area within 5 years will be fully subsidized.An ecological environment conducive to the development of early-stage science and technology enterprises will be build comprehensively,a number of newly-established firms on science and technology will be build and strengthened.
