Chu-River and Han-Border of Xiangqi Tourment

The first session of chess game was hosted by the World Chess Federation, and the Chinese Chess Association, Henan Province Sports Bureau and Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government are the undertakers; besides, Zhengzhou Sports Bureau, Xingyang Municipal People's Government and Henan Tianlun Group prepare for this competition jointly.

The qualification for participating in this federation is that the participate must be the winner of the last Champion for the World Chess Championship, or the individual champion of the National Chess Tournament; if the champion of these two sessions is the same person, it should be postponed in accordance with the personal ranking of the World Chess Championship; if someone withdraw the eligibility, it should be postponed according to the scheduled personal ranking.
